IP & Content Guidelines

Our tools are designed for teacher-created materials. To protect creators and comply with platform policies, follow these guidelines:

Allowed Content

• Materials you created yourself or have a license to use (school/district purchase, open licenses such as CC-BY/CC0 where terms permit).
• Content in the public domain.

Not Allowed

• Copyrighted textbooks, worksheets, or assessments unless you hold explicit rights to transform and distribute them.
• Student PII or sensitive data.
• Content violating privacy, harassment, or discrimination policies.

Attribution & Licenses

• Respect license terms (e.g., CC BY requires attribution).
• Keep attribution when exporting/printing where required.

Takedown Policy

• We respond to IP complaints and DMCA notices.
• To submit a takedown request, email support@quizweaver.app with: URL/IDs, ownership proof, and a statement under penalty of perjury.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts repeatedly violating IP will be suspended or terminated.
