Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.
• You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws and school policies.

Acceptable Use

• Upload teacher-created or licensed content only.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates privacy rights.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or abusive automation of the Service.

Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant us a license to process uploads for the purpose of providing the Service.
• We own the Service, software, and branding.

Third-Party Services

Exports may use Google Forms, Canvas, or other platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

Payments & Refunds

• Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Plans renew automatically unless canceled.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case in line with consumer protection rules.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate for breach or misuse. You may cancel at any time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee exam outcomes or standards alignment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use signifies acceptance of changes.
